Meet one of our intern student Anele Mdlalo a young, vibrant, and phenomenal woman who studied Business management in West coast college, Vredenburg campus. She currently holds N6 and is on the verge of acquiring her Diploma in Business management all by gaining experience and necessary skills in our company AR Jones Engineering which is situated in Saldanha industrial at Platinum Street.
Her goals and ambitions are to become an entrepreneur in the near future and empower young girls to dream big as she strives in working hard for herself and creating job opportunities for the youth in her community. During the 18 months period which she will be with us we will better her business knowledge and how to go about in making ethical business decisions and the day-to-day basic needs of the company. We asked her a few questions about how her experience has been since she joined the company and she said “I am incredibly happy and honoured about the opportunity that was given to me by AR Jones Engineering. This opportunity will help me grow and learn within the company and also contribute to its success. I will give my all-in order to grow professionally and gain deeper knowledge and skills to develop my expertise in the business field. By working alongside my superior Chane Biggs I am learning a lot from her and gaining experience and insight in working as an administrator.
When I am done with my internship programme, I will be ready to take on the world and face any challenges that will come my way and know how to overcome them in my working field.” We at AR Jones Engineering love to empower students and give them a chance to shape their future ahead and also give them prosperity to be successful in their desired careers and build a bright future for themselves and their families.
