Pursuing a qualification in business management had been a lifelong dream, but financial challenges and family responsibilities meant she had to put those ambitions on hold. Fourteen years after leaving school, she finally had the opportunity to pursue her studies when AR Jones Engineering funded her three-year course.
“Dreams don’t have an expiration date,” says Chané. “I waited many years to pursue mine, but I never gave up.”
